We ship through the USPS Media Mail, Priority Mail or through UPS - delivery takes from 2-9 days. We accept checks, money orders and credit cards. Shipping costs are calculated by weight.
We ship through the USPS Flat-Rate Global Priority Mail Box - delivery can take 4 to 10 days. Shipping and handling charges vary by country. We accept payments in U.S. dollars only via credit card. Please order through the website or email us at orders@onwordboundbooks.com with questions or to order wholesale.
An unblemished book may be returned for credit or refund if returned within 1 month of the original invoice date. Unblemished books are not torn, scuffed, damaged, or defaced in any way. A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return shipment. Shipments must be returned postage-paid to On-Word Bound Books LLC / 803 E. 5th Street / Duluth, MN 55805. Shipping and handling fees are not refunded.
We process credit cards through PayPal's Merchant Bank Service. We accept: American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover.
